Return Policy

watchbands.com has a return policy that is firm but fair.

Watchbands classified as "Genuine" are unique to your watch thus non refundable. It is very important that you give us any and all the numbers on the case back, on the end pieces and even the number in the clasp of metal bands or mold numbers on rubber straps. These numbers help us to get to the band that you need. When you place your order we ask you to put these document these numbers. If you do as we describe and the band is not correct we will exchange the item. If the band is then not available we will give you a refund.

Watchbands classified as "Generic" are exchangeable. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it within 30 days or request a refund. Refunds are subject to a 20 % restocking fee and freight is not refundable.
