Watch Bands Return Policy

Watchbands.com has a return policy that is firm but fair. All Returns Need a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returns received without authorization are subject to being refused and returned to sender.

Watchbands classified as "Genuine" are unique to your watch thus non refundable. It is very important that you give us any and all the numbers on the case back, on the end pieces, and even the number on the back of the clasp of metal bands or mold numbers on rubber straps. These numbers help us to get to the band that you need. When you place your order we ask you to document these numbers. In the case of certain watch models like Swiss Army, we will need the exact "model number" of the watch to verify the fit of the replacement band. If you do as we describe and the band is not correct we will exchange the item. If the band is then not available we will give you a refund. If a refund only is requested an exception would have to be made and if made, a 20% restocking fee would be accessed.

Watchbands classified as "Generic" are exchangeable. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it within 30 days or request a refund. The band must be in new condition. Refunds are subject to a  20 % restocking fee and freight is not refundable.
