Return Policy

Dear Customer, Return Policy We want to ensure you are satisfied with your order from Watchbands.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for an exchange or refund. Our return policy is simple. Just follow the instructions below to ensure we have all of the information we need to complete the option you choose. ALL items must be returned in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned item at our processing facility within (30) days of delivery. Exchange 1) Send the item insured via a traceable carrier such as the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. On the outside of the package show your invoice number as the RMA # . If you know which item you need, just return the wrong item and place a new order for the one you need. There is no restocking fee, so you will be refunded the full amount of the incorrect item. If you do not know which item is needed, please provide any numbers from the back of the watch you now have and provide the style or model number. The box the watch came with or the receipt will probably have this information. There will be an additional $4.50 charge to reship the band and we need your authorization to do this. Should the required band be more expensive than the original band you ordered, we will notify you. Refund 2) If you do not want an exchange, you may return the item to us insured via a traceable carrier such as the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. On the outside of the package show your invoice number as the RMA # You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 5 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
